The technical will be a 60 minute talk on microbiological media use in the brewery, preparation and sources. Our speaker will be Stephanie Goineau of Lallemand. Stephanie has a bachelor's degree in microbiology and is responsible for yeast collection and lab management at the Siebel Institute of Microbiology in Montreal Canada. This is a great opportunity to ask an expert all your unanswered questions about media.

Dinner will be provided by John Harvards Brewhouse, coordinated by Frank Fermino (Thanks Frank!)

All are encouraged to bring beer from your breweries to share at the meeting.
