NEW! MBAA Master Brewers Forum
The new Master Brewers Forum can be found through our website, www.mbaa.com, or directly at www.masterbrewersforum.com. This forum is a place to browse the vast wealth of brewing knowledge the Master Brewers Association of the Americas has to offer; converse with brewers from around the world; inquire about membership in MBAA; and learn about current events, techniques, and methods in use in breweries today. You don't need to be a member to use the forum, so tell your colleagues to log in and see what it has to offer!

Strenghten MBAA with a P.I.N.T.

Dear Beer Enthusiast and Valued Member,

As chair of the MBAA Membership and Global Emerging Issues Committees, I thank you for being part of our Association. Our industry is experiencing an exciting yet uncertain era, and your participation is vital to its continued successes. Facing the impact of economic downturns and climate change, the MBAA believes it is important that we share ideas and solutions as a group of industry professionals with common sustainability goals.

Consider the vision and mission of the MBAA:

Vision: To be a vibrant, highly respected global resource and network for passionate individuals and companies in the brewing industry.

Mission: To provide technical and practical knowledge that assists the brewing industry to continuously improve products, procedures, and processes from raw materials through consumption by

Providing professional development, education, and support
Identifying and communicating technical information and innovation
Providing awareness of emerging issues

Through broad participation and collaboration by members around the world, we can meet these goals. I encourage you to reach out to former members and recruit new members through our P.I.N.T. program (P = Publicize, I = Invite, N = Namedrop, T = Technology) (details can be found at the bottom of our Membership Committee webpage). The MBAA's strength is in our diversity, and that is why we need your involvement. Thanks for your dedication to the MBAA.

Prost!

—Fred M. Scheer
